1. About 3Dcorlights
3dcorlights is an independent small business designing and producing 3D-printed pendant lighting. All products sold on our website are original designs created exclusively by 3dcorlights. We take pride in delivering high-quality, artisan lighting solutions made with modern manufacturing technology.
2. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a legal guardian), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 3dcorlights.
3. Products
3.1 Product descriptions
We do our best to accurately represent the appearance, dimensions, and finishes of our products. Because our pendant lights are 3D-printed, minor variations in colour and texture between individual pieces are a natural characteristic of the process and do not constitute a defect.
3.2 Safety and household use
All 3dcorlights products are designed and verified to be safe for standard household use in residential settings. They are compatible with standard household bulb types and sockets as specified per product listing. As the customer, you are responsible for:
Ensuring installation is carried out by a competent person in accordance with local electrical regulations.
Using only bulbs and fittings within the wattage limits stated in the product specifications.
Not modifying or using products in a way inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Keeping products away from flammable materials and ensuring adequate ventilation around light sources.
3dcorlights accepts no liability for damage or injury arising from improper installation, misuse, or use outside stated specifications.
3.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any product at any time. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an agreed alternative.
4. Intellectual property and copyright All designs protected
All product designs, 3D models, images, graphics, and content published on the 3dcorlights website are the exclusive intellectual property of 3dcorlights and are protected under applicable copyright law. All rights are reserved.
Without prior written permission from 3dcorlights, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any product design or website content.
Reverse-engineer, scan, or replicate any 3dcorlights product or 3D model.
Use any product images or designs for commercial purposes.
Create derivative works based on any 3dcorlights design.
Claim ownership of, or attempt to register, any design created by 3dcorlights.
Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only unless a separate written commercial licence has been agreed in writing. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying design.
5. Orders and payment
5.1 Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the price at the time of your confirmed order will not change.
5.3 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. 3dcorlights does not store your full payment card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the destinations listed on our website. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays due to production schedules, courier issues, or customs are outside our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue with the carrier.
7. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
7.1 Returns
You may return undamaged, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Please contact us before returning any item to receive a return authorisation.
Items must be in their original, undamaged condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.
7.2 Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7.3 Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Privacy and data protection
3dcorlights collects and processes personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3dcorlights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, including property damage due to improper installation or misuse. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, 3dcorlights makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. User conduct
When using our website, you agree not to post false or defamatory content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, use the site for any unlawful purpose, or transmit unsolicited communications.
12. Changes to these terms
3dcorlights may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be referred to informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they may be referred to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which 3dcorlights is registered. If you are a consumer, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution options in your jurisdiction.
