SHIPPING POLICY

At 3dcorlights, every pendant light is handcrafted to order before it ships. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before it is handed to the courier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or holidays. We will always communicate any significant delays.

 

2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to customers worldwide. Standard shipping is available to all destinations we serve, and express options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. These are estimates provided by couriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Europe: 8–10 business days
  • North & Central America: 10–14 business days
  • Asia: 10–14 business days
  • Australia: 16–18 business days
  • Other regions: delivery times will vary and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.


4. EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available and can be selected at checkout. Express delivery times and costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us via our Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email.

6. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For all destinations except the United States:

Our product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are set by your destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these costs and are unable to predict or cover them on your behalf.

To help reduce the likelihood of high customs charges, we declare a reduced value on shipping labels where this is legally permissible.

If you are unsure about potential duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order. Please note that refusing a delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.

For buyers in the United States:

All applicable import duties and taxes for US orders are settled before your order ships. You will not be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery. Your order will arrive fully cleared with no surprise charges.

7. PACKAGING

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely. Every pendant light is individually wrapped and packed with protective materials suited to its fragility and the length of its journey. We use sturdy outer boxes designed to withstand standard handling during international transit.

8. DAMAGED PARCELS — IMPORTANT

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE DISCARDING ANY PACKAGING

Occasionally, despite our careful packaging, parcels can arrive damaged in transit. This is rare, but it does happen. If your order arrives with any visible damage to the box or the item itself, please follow these steps — without them, we are unable to file a courier claim or send a replacement.

What to do:

  • Do not throw away the outer box, inner packaging, wrapping materials, or any shipping labels — even if the box looks badly crushed or torn.
  • Take clear, detailed photographs of: the damaged item, all sides of the outer box (including the bottom), the inner packaging as it was when you opened it, and all visible shipping labels.
  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery via our Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email, and attach all photos along with your order number.

We will use your documentation to file a compensation claim with the courier. Once the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: if the packaging has been discarded or photos have not been taken, we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement or refund for transit-damaged items. Couriers require this evidence to approve any claim, and without it our hands are tied. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

9. LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or if your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the courier to complete their investigation before a resolution can be offered.

We recommend ensuring your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
